Data analyst

Healthcare finance

  • Repriced actual pharmacy claims under proposed contract rates. The account team used the claim detail and cost summary to develop a counteroffer.
  • Built a monthly SQL and Excel report comparing contract pricing with actual cost for roughly 14,000 to 15,500 claims per month.
  • Measured the impact of a new reimbursement minimum from its implementation date and estimated the annual effect. Client, claim, and drug summaries supported account teams in their client communications.

Project manager

Manufacturing operations

  • Set up a common process for submitting and prioritizing projects. Site teams used the same project plans and status reports to track delivery.
  • Worked with accounting and finance teams to explain differences between budgeted and actual costs for labor, materials, maintenance, and overhead.

Staff sergeant

Aviation maintenance

  • Led an 18-person team through a work center overhaul while maintaining accountability for $17.5 million in tools and equipment.
  • Trained 120 people across four squadrons and developed reusable templates for safety and environmental compliance.
